Most of you haven’t seen much of Robb, and that’s exactly how he likes it. Not because he’s mysterious (okay, maybe a little), but because his role lives behind the curtain, deep in the creative cave where the real magic happens.
Let’s rewind. Way back in the early days of MonkeyfingeR, Robb would reach out about our throws we noticed he was crazy good at spotting the fine details most of us would miss. Ray and Robb started chatting. Those chats turned into feedback. That feedback turned into polish. And that polish? Well, it became part of the MFD DNA. Eventually, Ray convinced Robb to join and lucky for us Robb agreed.
See, Robb is the guy who takes raw ideas and forges them into finished gold. Got a new product idea? A wild concept for something? Robb’s got it. He’s the “does this make sense” guy. The “what’s-the story here” guy. Every single product we create passes through his hands, getting fine tuned and flavoured with that extra something before it ever hits your hands.
We call him our Polish Guy. Why? Because he buffs up every idea until it gleams. Lore, names, vibes, tweaks, timing, if it needs refinement, he’s “the guy”. If you’ve ever felt like MFD drops have just the right flow, odds are Robb touched it.

By day, Robb works in high-end advertising. By night? He’s a sleight-of-hand sorcerer. Robb is a seasoned magician and regular performer at the world-famous Magic Castle in Las Vegas. Winner of numerous awards and master of the impossible, he blends storytelling, showmanship, and illusion into performances that leave crowds stunned and smiling.
