We weren’t exactly breaking any land speed records going into the new decade.
Four releases in three years?
Let’s be honest, that’s pretty slow for MonkeyfingeR standards.
But as 2024 rolled in, big ideas started stacking up.
Still, there was one itch we couldn’t shake,
A familiar craving…
Sidebar: It was time for a collab.
So we went straight to the people.
Discord.
We asked the crew:
“Who should MFD team up with next?”
The usual suspects came back, sure.
But one name kept bubbling to the top, mentioned by some of our most dedicated, long time fans.
Zero Gravity.
Ray was already into it,
Another Canadian company?
Yes please.
We dug up an email and reached out.
Jorge got back to us immediately.
Energy? (YES)
Passion? (YES)
Ready to get weird? (YES, YES)
The plan came together fast:

Jorge would handle all the drawings and back-and-forth design work

MFD would manage assembly, strings, and anodizing

Packaging? Jorge took that on too, and absolutely crushed it.

And just like that, the MonkeyFlyer was born.

Smooth.
Quick.
Dangerously fun.
Designed to float on the string… and strike like a bolt from the sky.
It dropped with fresh MFD colourways, new string, and that signature splash of chaos.
Sidebar: It looks soft. It feels light. But this thing’s got fangs.
As of May 2025, we’ve got one final batch of MonkeyFlyers to complete.
After that?
That’s it.
Like many MFD collabs, this one was a one and done.
